Right from our checkin, the experience was amazing. The team were welcoming and make you feel at home. Every request was attended to instantly. Other luxury hotels should take some lessons from the Memoire Palace Resort team. The breakfast was good. They make food based on your preference and in our case, the chief was surprising us with a different breakfast every day.

An amazing hotel. Excellent location, great food. But what makes this hotel truly special is its incredible staff. Every single member of the team was wonderful. We were on vacation with our two daughters, and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. They were so attentive to the children, pampering them with ice creams and other little treats that made our stay more than perfect. Best hotel, the staff, the breakfast the gym, swimming pool, location. Everything is nice about this hotel. The staff is very lovely they arranged for our Angkor wat temple visit also tickets for apsara dance. It was my friends birthday and they happily agreed to arrange for birthday celebration, thanks a lot to the staff. Also the Spa facility at this place was the best. Highly recommend this place

the staff were so so so friendly and ever so helpful! Adam greeted us at the start and was very helpful, kind and considerate. He was so great and made our stay 100% better! the pool is amazing and the breakfast is fab too! the room was great with so many facilities! the tuk tuk drivers that work for the hotel were so useful and helped us tour Angkor wat which was super useful

We loved everything, the beautiful room, wonderful gardens and pools and a lovely restaurant. The staff were really accommodating and welcoming. When our AC needed fixing, they took care of it in minutes. We will definitely come again.

    Staff were extremely accommodating and always smiling. We had quite a few requests to them as we had a busy schedule and my girlfriend was celiac, but they were always happy to help and were quick to accommodate our needs. The resort was very clean and the restaurant was great as well as the rooms being clean and beautiful. I highly recommend this place as it’s value for money is exceptional. We have been backpacking for nearly a month and wanted some proper luxury and this was perfect at an incredible price.

    This place is pure paradise. The staff go above and beyond for you! The rooms and resort were incredibly clean. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for some luxury during their stay in Siem Reap. The resort even organised a complimentary dinner for our last night, which is a beautiful gesture! A special shout-out to Ana who was our resort go-to. She remembered small details and went above and beyond for us. Thank you Ana!

    The staff at Eightfold Urban Resort took hospitality to a new level for us. From beginning to end we felt welcome and they made sure we had all we needed. Our room with private pool attached was pure luxury and felt like a dream. We would like to thank the Op. Manager Bill and our private overseer Anna for making our stay perfect! A big thanks to the two male bartenders/restaurant staff and the ladies of the in-hotel coffee bar as well for making the best shakes/smoothies and ice coffee! We could have stayed another two weeks..!
