We were unexpectedly collected from the train station on arrival and not charged for the transfer to the house which was nice. The place is super relaxing with it's old world charm. Food and beverages are available and a tuk tuk was organised for us to make the early start to Lipton's Seat and to drop us at the bus station at our departure. In general, staff made a good effort to service our needs.

Brian and the rest of the team were super friendly and helpful during the entire stay. We stayed in the beautiful Cabana's, we really liked the unique style which makes this accommodation stand out from others in the area.

It's definitely worth every penny . Staff is so accommodating. Overall experience worth it. The service is outstanding. You can do everything via WhatsApp and make any requests you can think via chatting with them 😀 they will make it happen. The breakfast every morning it was a real highlight, and the view was otherworldly. The bread and pasties were fresh. The chief Chatu made a birthday cake for my sister birthday 🎂 🥳. He is a very nice man 👨 actually all the staff are friendly and great. The spa was a highlight, and the fitness centre was perfect. The front desk Mr. Imad Aldeen and concierge services went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect... Everywhere we looked was simply breathtaking the photos. Do not do the justice. The whole wellness offers so many activities such as paddle,sikiling,yoga,scuwach, tinns, and more. From the unique layout featuring individual private cottage that provide the ultimate in luxury Thank you so much for all the crews. Well done 👏 ✔️ 👍 you're doing great.

Amazing tree house near Ella with monkeys and bird around. The family who manage it is very lovely and make amazing food for dinner and breakfast. One of our favorite place in Sri Lanka

Everything View, food quality , staff everything was exceptional and worth every single penny Location was abit difficult to find at the 1st time but after calling them was able to arrive and it was easy for us to move They rented us a scooter and we had soo much fun ,Ella is soooo beautiful
