The views were great, the staff was extremely cooperative and made sure to go the extra mile like arranging a poolside BBQ for us. The rooms were aesthetically pleasing and cleaned well. Breakfast, tea time snacks, and dinner was delicious and presented beautifully each time. The food was not very expensive either; it was good value for money.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting up country. Note, this is not a 4/5-star hotel or so, but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to us.     Together with a groups of friends, we‘ve shared the Family Chalet and absolutely loved it. The scenery is incredible and the resort feels really calming. We’ve very much enjoyed eating at the restaurant and having breakfast outside with an amazing view! The service and staff have been great and we‘re already planning our next stay at The Farm Resorts.

    Really beautiful hotel with excellent service and an amazing view. The view from the balcony was the absolute highlight of the stay. The calm and beauty of the tea plantation was great. We had a private butler who did an amazing job. The food was excellent, especially the dinner. There a not much activities to do around, we did kayak which was nice. The bed was really comfortable. The manager was kind and explained a lot about the resort and the tea plugging in the resort, very interesting.

    The farm resort is nicely located in the middle of the tea plantation and you have a nice view on the reservoir from your room. Garden and rooms are nice, big clean and comfortable.
