    Beach-side resort. We were here to relax at the end of our holiday and chose the property due to it's relative proximity to the airport. Our room was clean and comfortable with enough space for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 older teenagers) and a fridge to keep drinks chilled. Our room was near one of the pools, which closed by sunset so the room was quiet at night. The buffet dinner and Buffet breakfast were good with lots of choices; all fresh and plentiful. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

    Old resort hotel well maintained Buffet restaurant , large choice Big rooms with inside and outside sitting area and a well equipped barhroom Friendly staff as usual in SL Our driver arranged a 1 hour boat tour on the backwaters starting just behind the hotel for 15000Rs

    We booked the one-bedroom suite with a pool, and it was absolutely fantastic. The resort itself is exceptionally nice, with very friendly staff. The food was outstanding. The kids' pool and play area felt like an exclusive waterpark, which had my kids going wild. All in all its become my favourite place to relax in the Negombo area.

    The staff were incredibly attentive and kind. The food was exceptional Sri Lankan inspired fine-dining. We loved the design of the resort and all of the thoughtful additional activities. We were particularly impressed by the homegrown fruit and veggies. Our visit was early in the resort’s opening and therefore facilities such as the spa have not yet opened. We look forward to returning when everything is up and running in the future. Thank you for a lovely stay!

    I have never seen such a big swimming pool in my life! The location is amazing. Sea on one side lagoon on the other. One really has the feeling of staying in a luxury resort on a budget.
