    I experienced disappointment at Trinco Blu by Cinnamon Beach Resort when I did not receive the promised complimentary upgrade, despite booking a higher-priced room that was supposed to be eligible for the upgrade, as advertised on Booking.com but paid extra on top of the room rate. Despite the off-season conditions, the view from the room was good; however, the inability to swim in the sea added to the overall letdown of the stay

    Lovely hotel with spacious room and nice amenities. Clean and tasteful with a spacious terrace and a rack where you can dry your beach attire outside in the sun. The location is amazing, just 3 walking minutes to the beach (directly down there is also a very nice Bar/Restaurant). Eddi is such a friendly host. I felt very safe and cared for there. The stay at French Garden Resort and at Uppuveli Beach were a big highlight during my travels. If you want to have a few comfortable rest days on the beach I highly recommend this place.

    I visited Trincomalee for work purposes, i just found such a wonderful place for my stay (JKAB Beach Resort). The property provided me with excellent service to me, and I appreciate it. Property location is easy to access to all places in the Trincomalee city area. Great Breakfast. Definitely i will visit again to here Thank you, Management JKAB Beach Resort

    This resort has fulfilled my requirement, Helpful staff Delicious meals,specially breakfast buffet,lot of varieties. I booked deluxe DBL but management has upgraded my reservation to deluxe cabana, Cabana structure is awesome,Great architecture. Thank you JKAB BEACH RESORT
