Very clean and nicely decorated Friendly and polite staff Silent and green with palm trees. Excellent food - We were on half board. We used the massage services that belong to the property. One of the best massages we’ve had in a long time at a most reasonable price. Spent the mornings in the hammocks close to the sea. If you want to break away from the all inclusive resorts, this is a very good place to do that.
My sister and I wanted a relaxed spot in Mexico in between our US destinations. The Reef 28 all-inclusive resort met our expectations. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. The resort was great being an adults only resort then also having access to the other sister resorts. The customer services manager Zouhaila was extremely helpful. We look forward to returning real soon.

Food and drinks are generally consistent with a good all-inclusive resort (not exceptionally good or bad). Staff give you space and are not consistently hassling you to see if you want food/drinks. Have plenty of pools and bars so you can pick the people you want to be around.
Amazing find in an amazing location One street from the main strip of market, high street stores, bars and restaurants! Service is unbelievable and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. Didn’t have to leave the pool for food or drinks the staff would bring everything you wanted over! To include the all inclusive which had so many options in all 3 resorts was excellent and definitely all worth a visit! Room service was also included! Couldn’t recommend this place enough! Definitely a 10/10 from us!
Xcaret exceeded our expectations. We went on our honeymoon, as our first time going to an all-inclusive resort we were a bit worried it would be trashy - it was anything but! The staff were incredibly attentive, all the restaurants were delicious and the trips and parks well organised and fun. It's also beautiful to walk around and an army of staff are constantly working in various ways to ensure you're looked after. We couldn't recommend this place enough!
A wonderful resort. We didn't stay all inclusive as we were attending a wedding, but didn't spend much when we charged things to the room. Wonderful pools, excellent staff, quality of the accommodation is very high.
Although I am not the biggest fan of All Inclusive hotels, I was very positively impressed by the Hotel Xcaret. The location and hotel area are very nice and offer a wide choice of pools, restaurants and entertainment options. In addition, the quality of food and beverages at the bars and restaurants is excellent. The rooms are spacious and well designed, using local touches in the decoration and offering a lot of comfort and luxury.
An all inclusive hotel/resort is really worth it. Unlimited food & drinks plus room service ! The resort has sister resorts so we were able to take a shuttle from our hotel to the other two & still be accommodated because we were all inclusive. Definitely have to look for a Reef 28 wherever I travel to.
Excellent stay. You also have all inclusive use of their two other beach resorts and there is a free shuttle to get you there. Food and drinks all great, we ate in the Asian and Mexican restsurants. Our room was huge and really comfortable.
