Kūrortviesnīca Xcaret Mexico atrodas Plaja del Karmenā, 6 km attālumā no Plaja del Karmenas jūras termināļa. We travel a lot all over the world but this hotel is probably the best I’ve ever been. Highly recommend! Everything is all in - all the beautiful parks - even buffet restaurants in parks, all the trips to Mayan ruins, even suncream, baby carriage etc. Service is absolutely perfect! The trip organization is perfect too. You can borrow bikes included, or go to the Xcaret park by boat or by bus. Never met such a nice staffs and very helpful. Delicious food in many restaurants here, everyone will definately find what he likes, you can find even Vegan food! Absolutely perfect. Also you don’t need you Camera here’s a system that you can buy package of photos and take pics all over the parks and hotel on the pics point just with your all in bracelet. Really professional ones. You also have paddle board or cayac included. Totaly paradise! Come back definitely!

Excellent location. My flight was until the night and I was able to stay after the check-out and even got a courtesy room to take a shower. I loved it since the first time I stayed and this is my 3rd time and planning to come back.

Top service, brilliant food, friendly staff, delicious foods. Oscar the receptionist and Veronica the bartender were amazing and very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay at.

All was so good and well taken care of. Staff was amazing. Everything was super clean. Rooms are very spacious. Food is good. And all right in the middle of the center of Playa del Carmen. Amazing!
