Beautiful location on the island of Cozumel with access to own beach and jetty for the dive boats. Excellent access to the islands reefs. The facilities were very good and we made use of various activities: beach volleyball, morning yoga, evening films. The service was excellent with the desk staff all having excellent English and being very flexible with problem solving. The food hours were very generous, important for early dives. We never had to miss a breakfast. The all inclusive booze was all branded and generously served, with the barmen well informed and happy to play around with recipes.

Cozumel
Grand Park Royal Cozumel All Inclusive welcomes guests to 342 spacious guest rooms each with balcony overlooking the finest corner of the Caribbean. The Grand Park Royal Cozumel-All Inclusive provides guests of all ages with a variety of recreational activities. With 4 swimming pools, supervised children's programmes, Spanish lessons, cooking classes and daily entertainment, there is something for everyone. I like everything here. This is my first experience of all-inclusive hotel. This hotel didn't disappoint me. The room isn't fancy but clean and spacious. We payed for basic room, and didn't expect for ocean view. But they offered us a room at 6th floor that has beautiful balcony and ocean view. Actually any room higher than 5th floor has that benefits. The beds are comfortable. Water in bathroom is big and hot. The package of bathing smells so good. There are 3 swimming pools. All clean and have drinking bars. The biggest one is just in front of the hotel building. The other two are near the sea. I love staying at seaside swimming pool, enjoying incredible sunset with cocktails. Although the private beach is short, but you can do snorkeling there. That is the biggest bonus compare to other hotels at Cancun or Playa del Carmen. Snorkeling equipment is extra charge. But we brought our own. So it costed nothing. Except main buffet restaurant, there are another 3. One Caribbean, one Italian and one Mexican food. They all only open for dinner and don't need reservation. We only tried the Caribbean restaurant twice in our two-days stay. Cause we love sea food, and they cook it so well. Every dinner we each ordered two main course. We tried salmon, shrimp, fillet…all delicious. And this restaurant is just right to the ocean side pool. So you can have decent meal meanwhile enjoy ocean view. Also we like breakfast and lunch buffet. They are fresh and multiple choices. WiFi is free.Signal is strong and everywhere. You can do web surfing either in your room or on the beach. After check out you can still stay at the hotel with your wristband. You can still have free drinks, snacks, towel and have fun in pools and beach. That is nice like we only booked 2 nights but have 3 days' fun. I read some previous comments about they try to sell you things like hotel membership or souvenirs. Yes, they do.
Cozumel
Begin the day at Cozumel Hotel & Resort-Optional All Inclusive, Trademark Collection by Wyndham with a refreshing swim in the spacious pool, or plan the day's activities with the on-site tour desk. Relax in the afternoon with a massage from the spa or take advantage of the hotel's beach club, offering restaurants and a private pier. In the evening, enjoy live nightly entertainment. Great value for money, the best part is that the hotel has a private beach, where you can watch sunset or snorkel. Hotel staff is very attentive and helpful. The room was clean with daily cleaning service. We also rented a scooter for a good price when it was too windy to dive. We didn't dive with the hotel's diving center so cannot comment on that one, we rather booked a smaller private dives. The hotel offers many activities during the day so it's perfect for a family stay too. The facilities are a bit old fashioned, with a small reconstruction and modernization the hotel could win a lot of new customers. The drinks (cocktails) were cheap but not the best flavor. We chose this hotel due to location as it was close to the marina for diving. To walk to the center is a bit far though, better to rent a scooter or take a taxi, which is always parked in front of the hotel.

The resort is setup for Scuba Divers. This is good. Taxis on standy in the parking lot. Main resort area is very clean. Friendly staff.
The "All inclusive" aspect of the resort was so nice!! No need to carry money or credit card to pay for meals, tip, etc. "Adults Only" was a Plus!! Our room was super...size, accommodations, loved the shower and tub!! The pools were great! Being able to get a drink- soda, water or cocktails - any time was great. EVERYONE was so nice, courteous and professional. I would have like to tip everyone!! We will definitely go back to this resort!
The staff at Secrets is always very friendly. This is our 10th time staying at Secrets and Sunscape sabor (sister complex next door). We come here to scuba dive. One of the best reefs around. We stay here because of the diving company that is directly in the back of the complex. Dive Palancar is the name of the diving company right on the Secrets property. Very convenient. Secrets is an all inclusive and adult only resort. Perfect for scuba diving.
Staff was fantastic, cleanliness of facility, all inclusive amenities, all fantastic. COVID friendly and many precautions taken by the resort. Beaches were empty due to low travel density which made us very comfortable visiting. Don't hesitate about taking a trip now, nice price offerings happening...you won't be sorry.
We have stayed at the Park Royal many times. It is a nice resort They however should not classify themselves as a five star or luxury resort. Don't get me wrong, the place is beautiful, the food is good (not great) and location is perfect (if you do not mind a big beach and want to be close to town), the staff are fantastic, but it it is not five star. Good value for your money.
Really well manicured grounds. Lots of things to do at the resort. Fantastic, friendly staff. All inclusive means all you can drink!!
It's definitely not a place for just one-night stay. It's an all-inclusive resort where you can spend your whole vacation. For me, unfortunately, it was just a sleepover during long travel, but at least I enjoyed very friendly and helpful staff, spacious and clean rooms and delicious breakfast.
