Outstanding service at a very beautiful hotel. We did 3 days of diving through Scuba Du (the dive place at the hotel) and it was an absolute pleasure. We were upgraded to a huge room which was much appreciated.

The Landmark dari Cozumel adalah akomodasi mewah yang terletak hanya 20 meter dari Dzul-Ha Reef di Cozumel. Beautiful apartment, fully equipped in front of one of the best beaches in Cozumel. Snorkeling area too. WiFi, washing machine, TV with satellite, beach towels, parking etc. all amenities you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Staff is very friendly. The money bar restaurant is also very good and is just across the street.

The food was plentiful and all the staff was so friendly and helpful. I was a little worried about my lack of Spanish but almost all who we came in contact with spoke English.

Situated right on the beach in Cozumel, Occidental Cozumel All Inclusive offers sea views, 3 outdoor pools, a hot tub and gym. The beach is a 10/10. That is the reason we will go back. Other resorts we have stayed at have rocky beaches but not here at all. Beautifully kept grounds. The restaurants were good and there was always 2 of 3 open. We had no issues booking into them if you went in the morning.

This hotel was just perfect! Everything was clean and nice, and highlight of our stay were eating in restaurant which were very luxury and stuff were incredible friendly and professional! Food was just amazing and we loved Caribeno restautant the most.

This beautiful hotel and resort is ideally situated within walking distance of Cozumel city centre, and features unrivaled on-site facilities, exceptional amenities and an endless variety of leisure... The pool bar at night was relaxed. The view from the room over the pool was sensational. It was close to a roadside diner selling great tacos and margaritas. Far enough out of down town Cancun but still very accessible by R1 or R2 bus. No complaints at all

Excellent resort, not too big, great see view, food in the cozy a la carte restaurants was very good, staff was very friendly and helpfull, nice facilities.
