PhilippinesStaffs were very friendly and accommodating what i liked is that:
1. The rooms were already prepared
2. We were given additional pillows with no charge after requesting it
3. Our transportation back to the port was well arranged by the hotel we just wished that we knew they offer it since our transportation to the hotel is a bit expensive and took as an hour since we are only riding a multicab jeep
4. They have free tricycle ride to bikings restaurant which serves fresh seafood
5. They have arranged our island hopping tour
All in all i really love our stay

It was really quiet, that was really amazing, a good escape from busy life. The staff was very welcoming and supportive. Food was good as well! The island hoping tour by the resort was just for us two and it was amazing! If u look for a peaceful place without crowds of people and noises this is the place ti go! Theresa and Angel went above and beyond and truly made our trip the best possible. The chef who came out to say hi made some of the best food I had in the past five years (I am a red seal executive chef in Canada) and I just applaud her. Absolutely amazing resort ! Multiple levels including a formal dining room, bar and game rooms, and adult pool area were dusty from not being used but still maintained their sense of wonder. The lack of beach was np as the cleanliness of the room and awesome staff were great as were the meals from the kitchen of the resort. The cottage we stayed in was very clean and had a wonderful view . Every morning, we enjoyed sitting on the deck and looking at everything. The food was excellent and the staff were super nice to us. If you opt to have an island & city tour, you can ask the hotel personnel ate maricel. (She’s also very nice as well as the other staff). Or you may search FB and ask around.
