The beach, although the tide was too dangerous to enter, was beautiful. The room was spacious and the entire hotel felt luxurious. Both breakfast and especially dinner at the Thai restaurant were wonderful.

We had an amazing stay at SALA. We loved how keen the staff are with details and how they have attended and anticipated our needs. From the moment we checked-in where they asked our preferences on pillows to the scent of soap and lotion. They took note of a special celebration we were having on our trip and welcomed us very warmly with a very well decorated cake upon our arrival and another one on the exact date of my birthday with a greeting card left on our bed when they made up the room. Thank you to each and every staff who have made our stay wonderful and memorable.

My wife and I stayed here for 5 days to celebrate her milestone birthday. This hotel is perfect in every aspect. Let me highlight some of the best things: -Checkin was smooth and they upgraded us to a ground floor terrace room, from where you can just walk out to the pool and beach - the rooms were spacious, clean and modern - the beach was the best part. See my photos. Long clean strip of beach, almost private. The water was lovely and the waves were mild. They also have beach surf boards and other toys to rent. - the service at the pool side was phenomenal. They got you cold water and towels as soon as you arrived. Prompt food and drink services. I will thank the extremely polite servers there. - Spa- the highlight of the trip!!! I’ve never been to a better spa in my life. Beautiful couple spa rooms and just extraordinary service. They even gave a cake to cut for her birthday. - food: great breakfast at the buffet restaurant. - pools: 3 very large and nice pools with diffferent layout. - the guests and crowd: all the guests were really good and no one created noise or a ruckus. This is really important in a large resort like this. - M Beach club: really cool place by the beach to have drinks. Again with phenomenal staff. If you wanna go to thailand for a vacation, please chose this. The location is 20 mins north of Phuket airport. Paying beach is about 1 hour south of this resort. You can rent an all day Grab to visit patong.

the family room was huge an actual 2 bedroom with a living area and the view we had was breathtaking , I was so worried reading the reviews I only booked 2 nights and now I want to go back it’s amazing .. breakfast is good and facilities are amazing .. it’s a huge resort but everything is a buggy ride away

Wonderful rooms a 5 minute walk to Nai Yang Beach. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful (e.g. gave us great advice on the best ride hailing app to use). There were many thoughtful details such as umbrellas when it was raining and mosquito coils lit every evening (even though we didn’t notice many bugs in the area). The rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day during our stay and we always had everything we needed. The pool was clean and perfect for a refreshing dip. Pool towels and drying rack were provided.

    Super friendly staff, very clean and spacious 2 bed apartment with private pool, luxury interior and lots of kids and adult activities. Taurus restaurant had brilliant food and we loved the themed buffets there too. Late check out was a bonus! Thanks very much we had a lovely time at this resort.

    Everything! The staff was super friendly. They went the extra mile organising my partner’s birthday by decorating the room and serving a complimentary birthday cake at one of the restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable. All inclusive breakfast, lunch and dinner meals were varied and delicious. It has direct access to the beautiful Mai Khao beach (dangerous due to currents!) but we were happy to stay by the infinity pool. It’s a bit isolated but you can’t be bored with all activities inside the resort. Looking forward to go again 😍
