We stayed in the 4 bedroom penthouse with pool as we traveled with another family. 4 kids under 8. It was clean, bedrooms are a great size. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom. Space for kids to run around. Pool on the roof was perfect for kids, some shade throughout the day. Breakfast was fantastic. Green curry, continental style food, omelettes the works. Options for kids that are really fussy as well. Buggies are needed if you don't like walking in the heat, but they were easy to get hold of. Water park is great for the kids. Can't take towels in though so if you want one, you have to hire one inside. Also don't let you take water bottles in. Otherwise pretty good and fun slides! Swimming pool at the beach and the kids pool there were amazing. I was worried about closeness to airport but it became part of the background noise. The kids loved watching the planes come in and out as well. Our kids enjoyed the kids club and the little soft play room they have. Nice for a little run around in an air conditioned room.

I arrived late in Phuket and needed an overnight stopover before traveling to my hotel the next day. All the reviews about this hotel are correct. This place is fabulous. The rooms are clean and cool. The staff are extremely helpful and concerned about their guests. It’s a 10 out of 10 for me.

a great place to stay with lovely staff! it felt very cosy, but also peaceful with the swimming pool & lovely room. We also had to leave a bit early in the morning & the staff kindly opened up the kitchen for breakfast a little bit earlier for us, which was very kind!

    Super friendly staff, very clean and spacious 2 bed apartment with private pool, luxury interior and lots of kids and adult activities. Taurus restaurant had brilliant food and we loved the themed buffets there too. Late check out was a bonus! Thanks very much we had a lovely time at this resort.

    Everything! The staff was super friendly. They went the extra mile organising my partner’s birthday by decorating the room and serving a complimentary birthday cake at one of the restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable. All inclusive breakfast, lunch and dinner meals were varied and delicious. It has direct access to the beautiful Mai Khao beach (dangerous due to currents!) but we were happy to stay by the infinity pool. It’s a bit isolated but you can’t be bored with all activities inside the resort. Looking forward to go again 😍
