Great Hotel with a very nice pool. Room was quiet and comfortable. Nice shower and great view to the pool. Sukhothai is not a very busy city but there are a few good restaurants options in the surroundings and also two 7eleven shops. I would give more then 10 to the staff that was very welcoming and very helpful during my whole stay. They booked me the tuk tuk to the old town, and gave me all the instructions (rent a bike and so) and also asked the bike shop to call the tuk tuk back to the hotel. The girl in the reception was very caring and had an excellent English level.

1. The location is perfect, very close to a local market and Sukhothai Historical Park. 2. The owner is very hospital, friendly and helpful. Even before the trip, she messaged me and checked if I would need any info on Sukhothai or transport to my next destination. As I had a hard time getting some info in English on the transport to my next destination, she looked for some info for me, gave me some suggestions and responded quickly. She also provided some cultural activities that I could do in Sukhothai upon my request. One day before my departure, she checked with me about whether I still had any questions. Besides that, after I checked in, I told her that I had problem getting some info on the transport from Udon Thani to Ubon Ratchathani, she showed me some info in the next day and helped me call the bus company to get some details just in case. As the bus company required a local phone number and money transfer to its specified bank account to complete the booking, the owner reached out and did that for me. I am an experienced traveler, and honestly speaking, Kwan, the owner, is the most passionate and attentive guesthouse owner I have ever seen because what she did shows how much she cared about and loved helping her guests. I’ll definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

I needed to check in at around 01:00 am so I called the hotel in advance to explain my situation. Upon arrival, a security guard checked me in without much hassle. The hotel staff also helped me book a half day private transfer to and from Si Satchanalai and my bus ticket back to Chiang Mai. Had a bike for free to explore around Sukhothai. Breakfast had a decent variety. Strong air-conditioning and good hygiene, mosquito net.

We stayed here for two nights and were very happy with the stay! The room is of good size and very clean. The house has a fridge outside the room where you can store things and the bathroom is well equipped. The highlight here is the host. We needed help stitching something up and he took it to town for us and got it done. He allowed us to use bikes for free which we used to explore the historical park. He even took us for free to the bus station the day we left. The neighborhood is super quiet and relaxed. You are 15 minutes by bike from the main area of the town. We highly recommend staying here and visiting the ruins!
