The breakfast was awesome 😎. The drive around the island was marvelous, our driver and guide Max was cheerful and excellent. I would recommend Calamari a 100 times.

Everything! I can’t fault it. Starting from the gate, very warm welcome. Made me and my wife feel and get in tune with the happy mood. Very exceptional service from staff, spectacular amenities and access and good value for money. I felt very happy and can recommend this to anyone with my eyes closed. Made a lot of vacation memories with my wife here.

All the patrol guards and the staff were so nice. We were treated like queen & king. The beach is the most beautiful of Zanzibar. The best snorkeling place of Zanzibar.

A great hotel to stay at.. Stayed for 7 days - had the deluxe double room with sea view, very spacious and amazing view The staff is beyond amazing, lovely and caring, they put time to memorize your name and call you by your name when they meet you or you are having meals at the restaurant - have not seen this in so many other luxurious places. The customer relationship manager Anita, is just on fire - unbeatable energy, always roaming around and checking on guests and asking to keep her busy - with a great smile and sense of humor. The way your room is prepared for sleep while you are at dinner, the bed arranged and ready to get in, a bottle of water and cookies are put next to your bed are just another level of service. The food variety and portions are super! Themed dinners with music and shows! They even offer you late checkout if possible without you having to ask for it - a complete different customer centricity approach. I would truly recommend this hotel - I am picky and I like it :)

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are wonderful, especially Omar. He cared about the smallest details and helped us with everything. He deserves respect and appreciation and provided us with all means of comfort and happiness. The customer service was very good and even the food was very delicious. It was a special experience for us that we enjoyed.

Watching the sunset and the sky change colors after sunset from the end of the jetty was amazing! Lots of variety of foods at the buffets. Beautiful gardens/plantings throughout the property.
