Everything about this hotel was excellent. I cannot fault or have even one negative comment about my room or my stay. I travelled solo and I felt very safe here. The location is perfect and the facilities were above my expectations. My room was a high floor and the view was spectacular. The staff were incredible. In my opinion this is the best hotel on Waikiki Beach and I can only highly recommend it to all my friends. I will be back next summer with my daughters to stay here.

Set moments from Waikiki Beach and offering easy access to a variety of area attractions, the Imperial Hawaii Resort at Waikiki features spacious accommodations along with a variety of modern and thoughtful amenities.

Staff was extremely good, very polite, very helpful and very kind. One of the excellent staff I have ever come across in north American hotels. Facilities/cleanliness /comfort/Location excellent. Room/washroom were very clean. Kitchenette was extremely clean with all necessary equipment. Inside the hotel Noise was zero. Safety is 100% inside the hotel as you have to use the electronic card to open room as well to use elevators inside the hotel. Location -very close to beach, restaurants, and food stores. Wi-fi was excellent. Elevator to upper floors was very convenient and was working through out my stay. Hotel had organized various entertainment for gusts through out the week. Very friendly and very fast check in and check out. After checkout if you prefer you can keep your luggage safely in in a closed room. After checking I stayed in the lobby for another 2 hours and they provided me a electronic card to use washrooms in 2nd floor. Hot weather and warm water was excellent to enjoy my swim in Hawaii sea.

Location as expected . Pedestrian walk to mall and short walk to alamoana beach . A bit of a hike to east end of Waikiki as expected . 10 minutes . My god this place is QUAINT. It’s so quiet compared to the mega resorts. The vibes and atmosphere are unmatched. Hotel staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. I was worried about the barking at a dog friendly hotel but the one time our neighbor’s dog barked for a while, we called the desk and they immediately took care of it. I’ll never stay anywhere else in Honolulu.

From the moment we got there, we absolutely loved the hotel. It was super cute, the staff were friendly, the rooms were large and comfy and we couldn't have hoped for anything more. We stayed at a far more expensive, big name resort the weekend before and in hindsight it fell far below par compared to this place, and was far more expensive. Kudos to the White Sands team for running such a tight ship. Extra shoutout to Mason at Heyday bar.

Location was perfect for us. 1 block and we were on the main road for shopping and restaurants and Beach. It's a busy beach area but nice. Room was small but worked for 3 of us. Loved having the balcony, Buffet was really good, nice gift shop and liked we received 50% off our meals at the Breakfast restaurant at the resort. Appreciated all the seating at the pool and unbrella's for shade.

I booked the ocean view, and the one I got is facing the Diamond head and a partial view of the ocean. It's good to have at least some portion of ocean view I guess :) The room is clean and comfortable, matching its high price. The other facilities in Alohilani resort are nice but we don't have much time to explore them actually.

The Royal Hawaiian Resort is located right at Waikiki Beach and the view from the tower room was beautiful. The gardens are also very nice and the beach right in front of the hotel is clean and also beautiful. After staying there 13 years ago, I wanted to come back and relive the great memories I had of this place…

What a gem. The location could not be better. The staff were lovely. We had an upgraded room which was huge. The beach right off the hotel is perfect for small children with a water break. I know people have complained about the breakfast but we found it to be a completely acceptable buffet continental breakfast for a 3-star hotel. This isn't an all-inclusive resort so just set your expectations accordingly. If you want something fancier there are plenty of other options around.

My entire stay from check in to departure was wonderful. The staff was always pleasant, smiling and helpful, the restaurants provided a nice variety of options for dining and my shopping experiences at several places were high quality customer service. This resort was a perfect all inclusive stay for me because I didn't want to get around the islands, I came to rest and enjoy the beauty of Hawaii. The Alii Tower had it's own concierge and I had a view of the beach and ocean that topped it all off.
