Everything. The coffee pots did not work our first morning. We called down and within 15 minutes a brand new coffee pot in a box was delivered to our room. Can't ask for better service than that.

I loved that I was greeted by friendly faces offering samples of chocolates with smiles. I loved the winterfest activities, particularly the fireworks in January! The remodeled rooms are great and property clean. We will be back!

    Great amenities at the resort and the staff was very helpful. Plenty of good food and beverage options. Perfect location minutes walk from the lake and beach. Although breakfast wasn’t included the buffet was reasonably priced and very good food options.

    Breakfast was eaten downtown at a small diner. (wonderful). The suite was clean and comfortable. Food at the resort was delicious but, pricey.

    We were there celebrating birthdays and when we arrived at facilty to check in ,the Staff at desk was very friendly and patient with checking us in since we were booked through 3rd party service and when we got to our rooms they all were simply amazing much larger than expected and all had something different in how they were arranged,definitely for the price paid it was amazing,clean and comfortable with everything you needed in room.it was about 20 of us and all was extremely satisfied with resort and plan to attend again.
