It was perfect; from the hotel location with the private beach, to the superbs and well cleaned pools with beautiful gardens and much space to relax, to the clean, comfy and quiet room, to the restaurant foods and the staff's, for most of them, very welcoming. Alsp, the no childrens policy is very much appreciated. 5 stars to me.

We stayed only one night, but had a fantastic full day at the beach and pool area before leaving Miami. The service is excellent, and we felt like royalty. Apart from one of those all-inclusive resorts in the DR, this is easily the largest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff is extremely accommodating - customer service is in their blood. We felt like celebs, and funny enough Travis Scott, Kylie Jenner, AND Amber Rose were all staying there at the same time haha. The pools (yes, multiple) are immaculate and well kept as is the beach.
