She seem very knowledgable about our reservation and offered additional help when needed. She made my granddaughter and I feel very comfortable. She checked in on us often. I feel that she went over and beyond most receptionists, I have encountered at other resort or hotels.

I asked for a view from the room and received a view of 4 brick walls. Dirty laundry was left just outside the room at time of check. King-size bed was more of a queen with loose wrinkled bedding. Towels were rough and felt as if I was drying with abrasive fabric. TV was difficult to operate due to the worn remote. Beautiful resort but the room quality was a disaster.LLonnieGroup

The maid service was good. The shop, cafe, and bar staff that we interacted with were nice. They were out of the scotch on their menu and they informed us, provided an alternative but did not provide the price. The carpet in the bar area is filthy! We mentioned this to a manager and he indicated they were going to remodel. News flash, you are still serving customers who are expecting a clean resort.
