Although it is a huge property, it really feels smaller then it is. It has a huge lawn and the whole property is very well maintained. The beach strip is amazing and very very long which is just perfect for a long walk. Of course, you will find plastic and garbage once you leave a hotel beach which seems normal nowadays and sad. Though, one of the most beautiful beaches I have seen in Vietnam so far. The private bungalow with pool is spacious and luxurious. Absolutely stunning and relaxing. The breakfast had a vast variety and was also one of the best buffets I had at a hotel in Vietnam. Of course, the staff is very attentive and kind. For my birthday, they even prepared a little cake.

The resort has a great layout, there are great options for food and exercise for health and wellness should you choose and a real luxury feeling with the rooms and villas. I loved the yoga classes with several times running each day. All staff were sensational, Joe really made the stay so comfortable and even helped purchase medicine away from the resort and deliver and made anything requested not a problem at all. Unbelievable service Joe your hard work has not gone unnoticed. Also in the evening another staff member helped prepare some food as the kitchen was closed. Again just above and beyond service. It was 1:30am so I missed his name, I had missed dinner and he help me by offering the staff meal option and it was wonderful. An absolutely wonderful experience the entire stay, caring and attentive staff!!!

We had an exceptional experience at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay exceeded all expectations. Their assistance extended even to helping us arrange a dentist appointment, which was incredibly helpful and greatly appreciated.
