The location of the Blossom Resort is truly an oasis in the city. It's a chill place with an amazing riverside setting and views of the ferris wheel and amusement park. The neighborhood around the resort is quiet and pleasant to walk in and the onsen was wonderful, relaxing, and refreshing. We especially appreciated how hard Manh worked to ensure our comfortable stay, from onsen use, to accommodating our family in a villa, to arranging airport transfer. We appreciate the resort making our last couple of days in Vietnam so pleasant.

Our stay had a slightly rocky start, as some front desk staff were not fluent in English, which initially led to some frustration. However, we quickly came to appreciate the genuine effort and friendly attitudes of the staff, which made all the difference. A special shoutout goes to Thai at the Concierge desk, whose exceptional service went above and beyond to make our outings truly enjoyable. Thai's dedication stood out, and the team’s collective effort more than made up for any language limitations. One of the standout highlights of our visit was the Onsen massage special, which we opted for during our stay in early December. Initially, we thought we had booked a package of two one-hour massages for our entire four-night stay. To our delight, it turned out to be two one-hour massages each night for all four nights—a fantastic deal that added an extra layer of relaxation and indulgence to our trip. The beachfront area was another treasure, featuring a pool that hosts events, an outdoor bar, and an indoor restaurant. One evening, we enjoyed cocktails before dinner while listening to the lovely music from a nearby wedding reception. The serene beachfront setting paired with the melodies created an unforgettable and tranquil moment. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel, especially for families with young children. The indoor water park and the extensive breakfast offerings—including American, Vietnamese, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean cuisines—ensure there’s something for everyone. This was truly a memorable experience, and we look forward to returning in the future!

We booked one of the 3-bedroom private villas for our 5-person group and it was amazing. All bedrooms were spacious and had an ensuite bathroom, and we had access to our own private pool facing the beach. The spa treatments included in our stay were an amazing way to relax and unwind. We didn't feel like we needed to leave the property at all, as there are facilities such as the pool, spa, onsite dining and entertainment room to keep you occupied and relaxed. There are also other wellness activities which are included such as tai chi, breathwork and yoga, which you can easily sign up for. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with amazing choices from both Western and Vietnamese cuisines. The staff were also very helpful and emailed us before our check-in date so we could book our desired spa treatments for our group ahead of time.

Truely grand property. Never seen such a big swimming pool and very well maintained, nearby the beach, we was used Spa of Resort. I took room on higher floor with garden view which was excellent experience for my family. All the staff are smart and young and come forward to take care of each guest during time thay stay at accommodation. Check-in and check-out are smooth. All the staff at breakfast is fabulous. Special thanks for all satff at The Ocean Resort & Spa.

    The staff were welcoming, always helpful. The resort was calm (no kids jumping randomly in the pool 😉) The 11-22h all-inclusive was great (great food choice (Vietnamese/Korean/Japanese/European) We had in our all-inclusive for 14 days one massage 60" per day which was very appreciated, gread variety of massage (mostly strong massage). We visited the onsen once a day, very calm, well organized. It was our honeymoon and the staff especially in the restaurant were very helpful/ joyful, especially My, Hue, Nhu Y.

    Beautiful resort with well-kept garden. The staff at different services ( reception, breakfast restaurant, pool, room attendants, etc..) are all friendly and treat guests with courtesy. The breakfast buffet is beautifully presented and very good with many choices. The linen bed cloth gives a sense of luxury and confort.

    Melia is a beautiful beach resort. The staff were all incredibly lovely. Our room was really nice, we even had a room upgrade which was a nice surprise. The staff made an extra effort to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Special mention to the guest experience manager Linh, who was very kind.
