The spa was outstanding. Getting massage next to the sea while hearing the waves rolling in just next to you - too good! The massage therapists were great - when one of us had a headache one day, they immediately picked up on it and offered a specialized massage. The other staff of the spa were also top-notch and made sure me and my partner could use one of the sauna/jacuzzi facilities by ourselves. The spa gets a clear 10/10. Pool and beach are very nice and relaxing areas. As for the gym, the equipment was okay; staff great; location and view fantastic. The room we stayed did not feel brand new, but everything was in good shape. Comfortable bed and seating. Decent desk for doing some work. Good shower. There was some miscommunication (our fault) when we ordered room service one time, but the staff very gracefully let us get away with our mistake of ordering four pastas instead of one. :) Breakfast buffet was tasty and with a good selection. We tended to eat the western dishes, but there were also Vietnamese/Korean-style. It was very pleasant to have breakfast outdoors next to the pool. We had also asked the hotel to organise our transfer to the airport, and this was handled very smoothly without feeling too expensive. Normally this would have been a major headache for me, but now we were able to relax completely during our last day. Since we had to check-out before breakfast due to an early flight, the hotel also had prepared a good take-away breakfast for us. Although the hotel is on the expensive side, I went away thinking it was definitely worth it. The staff treated us beyond well, and we enjoyed three extremely relaxing days.

    The apartment we had was beautiful and well equipped with everything you could need for your stay. The resort itself was immaculate and very well maintained. It had different restaurants and bars which offered variety of options. All of the staff were lovely and welcoming. Anything we asked for they supplied or helped us with. The spa was amazing and the staff, again, very welcoming and knowledgable about the treatments on offer. We loved our stay here.

    I recently visited your island in Vietnam and was extremely impressed. The Resort is wonderful even fantastic. The employees are very kind, always smiling, and work efficiently like bees in a hive. The Vietnamese people are incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help. The country is beautiful and remarkably clean and green. I highly praise this experience. BIG thanks to Hon Tam Resort staff 👍

    Just spent 6 nights here and I have to say it’s such a beautiful resort. It’s in a perfect location with an amazing crystal clear beach. Huge pool! We stayed in a beachfront villa with a private pool and it was gorgeous. There’s free buggy’s to get you between Vin Harbour (shopping/food area) and also other resorts on the island. All the buggy drivers were so lovely and friendly. Also outstanding service from Henry at the reception. He was so warm and welcoming and made us feel at home. He really knows his stuff!

    The property was much better than we expected. The facilities and luxury was better than what had been described. We used 7 hotels in various parts of Vietnam over the New Year holidays, all were good hotels and we had a great holiday but Mia resort was the best in all our families opinions. Loved the three days at Mia Resort
