The place is in a quiet area, roughly 30 minutes away from Sapa town. It's surrounded by nature, and by locals. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The staff was amazing, helping us with anything we needed. Recommended to someone that wants to get away from the hustle and bustle of Sapa town, and wants to enjoy a quiet area with a nice view.

Had the most wonderful stay here for our 10th wedding anniversary. Such a beautiful spot surrounded with the most breathtaking views! The sweetest and most helpful staff we have ever encountered. The room was perfect with amazing view and we enjoyed the amazing heated pool! They had even decorated our room for our anniversary when we got back from dinner complete with rose petals on the bed a full size cake and candles. Cannot thank you all enough for everything!!

This hotel is fantastic. The views would have been amazing i imagine, if we came during the right season. Staff were friendly and served us tea. We arrived via sapa sleeper bus and came to the lobby in the early morning, though we were not allowed to check in but we took a rest in the lobby which was huge and comfortable. The buffet breakfast had an amazing spread and even an egg station. Best breakfast in the entire trip

Great restaurant and breakfast, quick and effecient amenities like in-room dining and laundry, shuttle bus service to Sapa 3 times a day (~10 min to the stone church). Entices you to stay in the balcony in the room for hours looking at the view! We loved that they bring little cookies with thoughtful cards every night! We stayed in a valley view bungalow - note they are a bit far from the lobby and restaurant, but for this reason the hotel offers a free golf-cart service, we never waited mroe than 5 minutes either at the room or the lobby. Also if you want to walk, the grounds of the hotel are amazing and it is about a 15 minute walk with views, plants, birds, insects, and horses if you are lucky! Would definitely recommend to anyone going to Sapa, and will definitely return!

My friend and I had a great stay at Sapa garden retreat. The room was really cozy, clean, private and the garden was beautiful. It was about a 12 minute walk uphill from town, but easily accessible. Sáng at reception was especially helpful and spoke great English. She made our stay smooth and seamless. Would recommend for anyone looking to be close to Sapa town, but still in a relaxing, quiet space.
