Exceptional clean retro vibe hotel with outstanding management team. I arrived early and was given tea, allowed to take a shower and leave my bags before heading out for the day. The room was clean and large. I joined a trekking tour offered by the hotel that was fascinating and enjoyable with a good group of people and great lunch. The last day I left late afternoon and again offered tea and a shower before boarding the bus. Highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful time at Eco Palms House ! The location was perfect with a stunning view of the rice fields. The staff is truly devoted to making our experience the best as possible ! (I even had a cake on my 30th birthday made by the cook). Nam (the hotel manager) is always friendly, warm and caring. The rooms are very comfortable with Vietnamese traditional decoration. We had the best sleep ! Thanks again so much for this amazing stay !

Best place to stay in sapa! Best view you can ask for, rooms are so clean, comfortable and feels like your sleeping in the middle of the rice field. The crew was so kind, thoughtful and generous, they helped us with everything we needed and made sure we were happy. The price is great value for money! Thank you 🙏🏼

Had the most wonderful stay here for our 10th wedding anniversary. Such a beautiful spot surrounded with the most breathtaking views! The sweetest and most helpful staff we have ever encountered. The room was perfect with amazing view and we enjoyed the amazing heated pool! They had even decorated our room for our anniversary when we got back from dinner complete with rose petals on the bed a full size cake and candles. Cannot thank you all enough for everything!!

My friend and I had a great stay at Sapa garden retreat. The room was really cozy, clean, private and the garden was beautiful. It was about a 12 minute walk uphill from town, but easily accessible. Sáng at reception was especially helpful and spoke great English. She made our stay smooth and seamless. Would recommend for anyone looking to be close to Sapa town, but still in a relaxing, quiet space.
