The location was perfect, close to shops albeit a slight walk ,but enjoyable, staff were fantastic very friendly and helpful, had dinner at the restaurant food was amazing and super delicious . Room was very well presented, clean and fresh…loved the bed.

Free parking is available on site. Very nice room - very clean and with all things that we needed. The kitchenette had all ameneties. The soap and shampoo in the bathroom were very good! The motel is in walking distance from the cafés and shops

Lincoln Downs Resort Batemans Bay is just 400 m from the Clyde River and 800 m from Batemans Bay town centre. It is a 5-minute drive to unspoilt Surfside Beach. The room was well appointed and we had enough room during our visit. It seems to be a popular location, and there were a large number of guests whilst we were there. There was an issue with the kettle, and the staff were more than happy to change it at short notice.
