Very nice property in a quiet place. Rooms are very spacious and the personnel are always happy to help. The pool is not very big, but sufficient. There is a nice small zoo which is part of the complex, and our small daughter enjoyed it a lot.

We liked everything. The hotel is perfect for family with kids. Food was great, staff were nice and friendly and the apartment was spacious and clean. There is kids club which is super convenient and the swimming pool is suitable for children. The guys in the ski rent place located in the hotel were also super nice and friendly. It's the third time we visit this hotel and we will definitely come back. Great Bloody Mary and live music at the lobby.

Apartment ZAX B7 in Terra Complex has a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, garden, a terrace and bar in Bansko. Boasting an ATM, this property also provides guests with a children's playground. Everything was excellent , the staff were extra professional and polite, the apartment is perfect like home, you have wish to stay in it. The owner left everything for the guests to fill like home. The pool was perfect, the water was not too cold and not too hot. Small but perfect spa.
