However, the best part of the hotel is its service level, in particular the one directly provided by the hotel manager Maria. Her very high quality service was amazing - the best service level I’ve encountered in similar hotels.

The pool is equipped with fun slides and a foam party in the evening which the kids love. There are a number of dinner options just directly opposite the hotel which is just a minute walking distance. The staff are friendly and helpful. Happy helped us throughout our stay guiding us with all the questions we had and making our stay a very pleasant one. Thanks Happy!! We will choose Sangem moon again if I come back again. It's really an exceptional hotel!!

Clean swimming pool and decent opening hours. Life guard Lincoln Wu is extremely helpful to guests.
