The hotel is very focused on making vacationers feel super comfortable. Attentive staff: we had early and late check-out, no problem, we were offered several options for solving such situations. Clean rooms - cleaning and care every day. The service in the restaurant is beyond praise: fast, attentive, friendly (we want to say thank you to Mahmud from Luxor). Food - you can't try everything, but you really want to. Entertainment for every taste - different activities during the day, including for children (my son cooked pizza), a show every evening. The most pleasant emotions - all Orthodox Christians were invited to a festive dinner on Christmas Eve and presented gifts to the children. We are happy with the vacation and are ready to come back again. Many thanks to the hotel for a wonderful vacation.

In addition, Serenity Alma has 4 large bars either in the lobby or at the swimming pools with aqua park view. We've been here a few times now and every time we come away loving it more. This visit we went to another larger water park, and then spend a few days here later in our visit. The difference in food and staff were notable. The beach has the most amazing coral reef, much better than many of the boat trips we've been on, I feel lucky to have experienced it.
