Probably one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in — I’ll definitely be going back. The staff were fantastic and went above and beyond in every way. The hotel is small, which allows for exceptional upkeep and attention to detail. The food at the restaurant was a solid 10/10, and the view from the room was absolutely stunning. What stood out the most was how much effort the staff made to engage with my 5-year-old son — something that truly means a lot to parents.

Guest rooms will provide guests with a fridge. Our experience at Cleopatra Sidi Heneish in Marsa Matruh was beyond amazing! From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality made us feel truly welcome. The resort itself is stunning, with beautifully maintained, elegant facilities and a level of cleanliness that stands out. A special thank you to Ahmed Galal, the Reception Manager, whose warm welcome and thoughtful gestures made our stay extra special. The food at the resort was another highlight — a fantastic variety, delicious flavours, and something for everyone to enjoy. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’d absolutely recommend it for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of Marsa Matruh with great service and amenities.
