The room was spotless, I am very picky and I loved coming back after a hard day on the beach, to a beautiful room. The staff, particularly Sofia, the manager, are so friendly, they make you feel so welcome and nothing is too much trouble. The pool, the beach and the restaurant are all excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel, it made our stay in Chania all the more special. If I return to Chania, which I hope I do, I will definitely stay at this hotel. I really can’t say enough, I travel often, and I can say this is one of the best places I have ever stayed because of the staff, the location and the beautiful room.💜💜💜
