Staff is amazing and will do their best to cater to any request. Location was good, not in the busiest part of town but still reachable (even on foot, ~30 minutes) and so nice and quiet. The facilities are very modern and trendy. Room is spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast is nice aswell, we preferred the clover café à la carte breakfast over the main breakfast as it was bit pricey.

On our Bali trip, we stayed at 3 4-star resorts, and Swan Paradise was definitely the best of them. And it was only the second most expensive one. Staff is really great and kind. They daily change everything in the room. Breakfast is buffet style and has a lot of varieties. Internet was great (80-100Mbps download, upload was even higher). All of the pools are exceptionally clean and well maintained. Can be used all day. It is more beautiful in person than it is on the pictures. All in all, one of the best stays in our lives. Highly recommended.

The property has a terrace and free WiFi.The resort provides an International restaurant and free shuttle to Ubud centre. Has an absolutely lovely time with my friends at this resort. Was a different vibe from other places we stayed at, very friendly staff, lovely clean rooms, nice furnishings, the pool was nice and refreshing and we had the best service .
