The staff is just on another level, they were extremely professional, kind and friendly. It is probably the hotel with the best service we received in Indonesia after travelling for a month. The villas are gorgeous, and the view of the ocean and the sunset is unmatched. Whoever build and is responsible for managing this hotel ( as we learned it was a new property) clearly has worked in the hospitality industry before, the service is 5 stars in every single aspect.
