The food was simply amazing, with a wide range of delicious options to suit every taste. But what truly made our stay special was the warm hospitality of the owners and staff. They were friendly, kind, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our comfort. The resort's exceptional view of the surrounding landscape was breathtaking, and its perfect location made it easy to explore the beautiful town of Kodaikanal. But the cherry on top was the wonderful music and campfire nights, which added a magical touch to our stay. To top it all off, the resort was incredibly affordable, making it an absolute steal! This family-run estate spread across 20-acres offers accommodation in Masinagudi at the foothills of the Nilgiris. This is the best vacation my parents and I among the several we took in the last 5 years. The resort has a rustic charm to it, the grounds and room are well maintained. You get to see deers, wild boars and langur monkeys within the property. Tracy and Gibran helped us with all our trip planning and any special requests we had for our elderly parents during our stay. All the support staff were amazing and helpful in every way. Thank you Jungle Hut for the wonderful memories, will definitely visit again.

The elevated setting and architecture of this well-maintained complex is enchanting, the photos not doing it justice. I really liked the setout of the room (valley view) and it was lovely sitting out on the balcony above the clouds looking onto the scenery far below. While we skipped dinner, the breakfast and lunch options were tasty - fresh with lots of variety. The dining room was an experience in itself, with views of the valley and trees. The staff were friendly and helpful and there was a lot of attention to detail so as to ensure our comfort. The hotel put on many events and were evidently family and dog-friendly with even a special play area for the dogs. We enjoyed the free tiffin in the afternoons at 4pm again with breathtaking views. Overall a really good experience and we would come again.

Mantra Koodam is a lovely place. We loved the staff, the facilities and the surroundings. We went on nature walks with Karthick in the morning and in the evening and we saw all sorts of beautiful birds and daily life in the small village next to the hotel. Karthick was a special guide and he shared with us not only his expertise with birds and natural resources, but also his insights about Indian culture. The reception people are super friendly as are as the waiters and waitresses. There is a beautiful pond and you can feed the fish, which was a really nice experience. You can also light the wish candles in the evening, which was a special and meaningful ritual for us…we did it each night we stayed.
