Great service provided by the owner, he picked us from and to the airport for a fee and dropped us very close to the property with all instructions. He also took us to the City and suggested some places where to eat and shop. Information and photos of the property were as described and they fulfilled our expectations. We felt safe in the neighborhood.

The balcony of our room had stunning views over Sant’Agata and the sea, the mountains, Vesuvius, and other towns in the distance. The property was impeccably well-maintained, and the pool/lounge area was beautiful and nice to hang out by on sunny days. Francesco was very kind and welcoming, and was available for any of our queries. As many of the villas on this property have their own amenities, it was a plus that areas did not become overcrowded or “too busy” with other guests, so it was incredibly peaceful! We got lunch (pasta with tomatoes and aubergines) on the property one day, and we were told the veg was picked from the property that morning for us - such a lovely touch! We had such a relaxing at this property which was well overdue for us both. The town of Sant’Agata was lovely itself- the locals were incredibly friendly, and amazing fun! There are regular buses to Sorrento from this town as well which was great. Thank you Francesco and your team for allowing us to have a more relaxing stay than we ever envisaged!

Amazing location, we saw the most beautiful sunsets and sunrises. It is a very calm place in the middle of nowhere but very close to small towns. Great for relaxing and enjoying holidays. The staff is more than friendly, helpful, whenever we asked or needed anything their reaction was prompt and helpful. They want you to feel at home but nobody bothers you. They are just there in case you need anything. It's a huge area maintained with great love. Just perfect.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and beautifully designed, with great attention to detail that made the experience truly special. We especially enjoyed the buffalo farm tour – it was both fun and informative. The restaurant stood out with its high-quality, locally sourced ingredients, offering delicious dishes that reflected the region's character. Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel with beautiful gardens and pool. Staff was extremely friendly and professional. Good location near Naples and mount Vesuvius. Room was spacious and very well equipped
