From the moment I checked in, I knew I was up for a great stay. The staff member (forgot her name) gave me a great tour of the place and amenities. The tour was very detailed, never had one like this in my whole life. The views were amazing. Also, breakfast restaurant was awesome.

It is located in the small village of Valles, a 30-minute drive from Vipiteno, Brunico and Bressanone. great SPA, two sauna ceremony every day, great equipment for kids as well as for adults only, amazing food, plenty options on breakfast, dinner was excellent, we have enjoyed a lot, very good position for hiking as well as for skiing, just 5 mins by car from cabin lifts on Jochberg or Gitschberg, you can use also ski bus directly from hotel, Malga Fane nice walk for families + hotel's own Masl hut with brunch, very nice daily program organized by hotel, we definitely return in future :)

The serene atmosphere, elegant accommodations, and world-class spa made it truly memorable. As someone who is coeliac, I was impressed by how well my dietary needs were catered to. A special thanks to Davide, our attentive and professional waiter, who made each meal enjoyable and worry-free. I left feeling refreshed and can't wait to return.
