It offers a free wellness centre and spacious accommodation with warm Alpine-style furnishings. The hotel was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I’ve stayed at many grand, expensive resorts/hotels. But none had the attention to detail and customer service that Au Coeur Des Neiges has. Incredible staff. Just a phenomenal experience. Every room scented to perfection. Every shelf or nook decorated beautifully. Amazing place.

It can be reached through a cable car leaving from Piazzale Funivie. The staff was very nice and helpful! The location in the middle of the ski resort is excellent. In the morning we had the first track.
