Neptune Mara Rianta luxury Camp is situated in the north of the Masai Mara. This luxury-tented camp overlooks the Mara River and is surrounded by wildlife. We had a wonderful stay at Neptune Rianta. The accommodation was perfect, beautiful tented accommodation overlooking the river, woken by hippos every morning. The staff were outstanding, friendly and efficient, in particular, Daisy our wonderful waitress, Daniel our friendly butler and Daniel our masai safari guide who was incredibly knowledgeable and exceeded our expectations in every way. Daniel ensured we found every animal, providing us with detailed information and was so much fun to be with!

PrideInn Mara Camp & Cottages has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a terrace and restaurant in Talek. This 5-star resort offers room service, a concierge service and free WiFi. I booked PrideInn myself, which is not a typical move at Masai Mara (usually a tour provider would sort everything out for you for a hefty fee), so I was prepared for things to be a little patchy. Instead, PrideInn defied my expectations at every turn, and ensured that everything was as smooth and seamless for me and my group. Service is outstanding, from the frontperson (Edison and Sylvia), the restaurant staff (Ambani and Dominic) to the guards, the cleaning personnel, waiters, chefs and bartenders. No one spared a smile or a kind gesture and were committed to meet us in our needs and special requirements. Rooms (whether tents or cottages) were exceedingly comfortable and well equipped — proper mattresses, thick blankets, clean towels, toileteries offered, plenty of power outlets, sufficient lighting, hot water (actually hot) running without an issue. Common areas strategically located by the Talek river are a delight. Food was plentiful and delicious. Something for every taste. I am vegan and never found myself wanting; chef was there to answer my questions on ingredients and special dietary requests were met within minutes. Ambani took care of organizing for us a packed breakfast for our esrly morning game drive, making sure that every box was marked with name and packed with the specific things we had selected the night before. For a person with high standards is such a joy to leave an accommodation without a qualm or complaint, only with the certainty that I will come back.

Emirishoi Cottages and Garden Bistro has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a terrace and bar in Narok. A fantastic place, a jewel in the middle of a dusty town. The attention to every detail, huge rooms, very fragrant, furnished with great taste and in African style. In cheap hotels it is almost impossible to find the African style that I love so much, while instead in their cottages I found it! It is beautiful, the food is excellent, the staff spectacular, the wifi works very well but the beauty and care of the restaurant, garden, rooms. shower with excellent jet, a confetti, a bomboniera, a little jewel. OLOIRIEN HOTEL & RESORT has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and restaurant in Narok. With free WiFi, this 3-star hotel offers room service and a 24-hour front desk. We stayed over a weekend, Friday to Sunday as we had a family event on the Saturday. We found a wonderful room and a great bar with a wide range of food. More importantly though what made it a good weekend was the amazing friendliness and willingness to help of the staff from the most senior (the owner David) through his management team down to the waiters and bar staff. Even to the extent of supplying a car and driver at very reasonable rates. If all customers get that level of service then I don't see how anyone could complain. We are seriously going back later this year. Possibly twice if plans come to fruition I would highly recommend it to anyone.
