Neptune Mara Rianta luxury Camp is situated in the north of the Masai Mara. This luxury-tented camp overlooks the Mara River and is surrounded by wildlife. I can say that my expectations were exceeded in every aspect. The staff are some of the kindest people I have ever met and most of them have been working from the time the Camp was established and I believe that says a lot about the workplace. The tents are amazing. They pay so much attention to detail. Got woken up with hot tea everyday for early safari drivers and meals were packed accordingly. There was extra attention to my meal preference although it is from a set menu. Lunches by the lake were special. The best of all were my game drives with the guide - Daniel. I got to see all the animals on the first day itself and it was surreal, he was patient and flexible. Had a best massages at the spa. One of the afternoons were spent relaxing by the pool. A huge shout out to Daniel, Robert, Elphas, Sharon and Rose(masseuse). It was truly a different world and the best kind! As a solo traveller, I felt so safe and well taken care of and this is one of the best stays I have every had. I travel quite and bit and felt the customer service here was outstanding.

The courtesy of the staff. We booked 4 rooms and arrived past 11pm. The staff managed to keep dinner for me and my guests, who were visiting Kenya for the first time attending the UN global climate summit and had travelled to Mara straight from a day full of meetings and long flights. We were offered an upgrade to amazing spacious new tents which were very comfortable, and a complimentary late check out to refresh after our game drive. The staff and service at all stations from the day of check-in to our check-out date and time were exceptionally great. Silolei and Joseph from the front office stood out in terms of exceptional service. The food was great and ambience was serene. Richard, our Maasai tour Driver was extremely knowledgeable and made our tour drive exceptionally special. We managed to see all the big 4 except for the Rhino and even saw a lion and leopard kill during our drive. A special thanks to the Group Managing director, Mr. Hasnain Noorani and Group sales manager Mr. Patrick Wambugu, who made our booking process exceptionally smooth and were generous enough to accommodated all our special requests. They made this stay at the Prideinn memorable and outstanding. You all sold Kenya positively to the Globe. We were blown away and will definitely be visiting again!!

Nastanitev Emirishoi Cottages and Garden Bistro se nahaja v mestu Narok in ima zunanji bazen, vrt, teraso ter bar. Comfortable, beatuful, clean and safe. Closed private territory. Good wifi connection. Delicious breakfast and dinner. 1.5 hours drive from Masai Mara National Reserve. The best part at the place is staff - very helpful and friendly people.

Nastanitev OLOIRIEN HOTEL & RESORT se nahaja v mestu Narok in ima zunanji bazen, vrt, skupni prostor za druženje ter bar. We stayed over a weekend, Friday to Sunday as we had a family event on the Saturday. We found a wonderful room and a great bar with a wide range of food. More importantly though what made it a good weekend was the amazing friendliness and willingness to help of the staff from the most senior (the owner David) through his management team down to the waiters and bar staff. Even to the extent of supplying a car and driver at very reasonable rates. If all customers get that level of service then I don't see how anyone could complain. We are seriously going back later this year. Possibly twice if plans come to fruition I would highly recommend it to anyone.
