The rooms provided were next to each other as per our request. The rooms were reasonably sized and was also provided with awork table. The spacious garden, filled with nature, the clean swimming pool that was nicely lit and the lovely restaurant made us feel really at ease and comfortable. The staff were great and attentive. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. The bicycles we rented from the property were good and maintained. We definitely recommend this property to anyone and would love to go back again for another stay.

While the location was outside of the area for most of the town’s amenities, its relative isolation meant for a quiet, more peaceful stay. Also saw some (harmless) wildlife near the huts: peacocks and peahens, other colorful birds, lizards, frogs etc. The staff was flexible and accommodating; if I ever return to Sigiriya, I will plan to return to Chena Huts.
