He made us feel great and assured an amazing stay! King Reach also organized a great Safari where we could see a Leopard! Important: it is very rare to see a Leopard or Elefant (we didn’t see any) in yala at this time of the year. So remember it’s possible you come back just with some crocodile and monkey pics. Still it’s not the fault of the hotel or the Safari guide/driver the animals have enough food and water to stay in the bushes ! Thank you for this great experience!

Beautiful room and pool, all the public areas are pleasant and pretty. The staff was extremely kind and thoughtful. The food was amazing, we went to the buffet diner and it was exceptional. I slept so well there. The hotel is located near a natural reserve of birds, so you can a variety of birds in the hotel pool area.

The open-air bamboo-clad Ten Tuskers bar and Dining Pavilion wrap around the resort’s free-form swimming pool. Guests can enjoy creative daily-changing menus of authentic Sri Lankan cuisine in the restaurant, as well as sundowner cocktails and picnics al fresco on the sand dunes, watching dusk settle over the Indian Ocean. Guests learn about the wildlife in the park and watch documentaries in the library. The team at Wild Coast were very attentive and very friendly and positive in their roles, we were treated like royalty. The rooms were exceptional and very comfortable. The bath was amazing and the products provided were a great thought by the resort. The food was next level and we attempted to try something different each night however it was hard as our first night the meal was exceptional and it was hard to not have it again. I think the pool in both the room and the resort were the perfect size and temperature. The wildlife around the resort is great and you are encouraged not to interact with it to ensure it stays as nature should! However the monkeys did scare me a little! Overall a perfect experience and I would highly recommend at least a 2 night stay !

Yakaduru Yala is located on the buffer Zone of Yala National Park. It's just 5 minutes away from the Yala National Park Entrance. Yakaduru is renowned for its architecture and tourism, where guest can stay in properties built by Mud and palm thatched roofing. The staff were eager and happy to accomodate all our requests. Kirula in particular really helped us with his service. The location was perfect - right at the doorstep of the national park. Would love to go back here.

I really like the breakfast I think that the suite that we stayed in was very spacious and it was clean, well organized, and it was a treat to have the private to our accommodation.

The rooms at the accommodation come with a seating area. I had a wonderful stay at The Den at Yala. The place was spotless and very well maintained, which made it super comfortable. The hosts were so welcoming and made me feel at home right away. The food was homemade, fresh, and absolutely delicious – a real highlight of the stay. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Yala!

The property is around 26 km from Tissa Wewa, 8.9 km from Kataragama Temple and 20 km from Ranminitenna Tele Cinema Village. The resort features an outdoor swimming pool and free WiFi throughout the property. Where do I start! everything was beautiful from the calm garden inside the nature to the most poetic looking river, the room was huge and specially made for safari vibes. Each one of the staff was super nice and friendly thanks to (Mr. Reihen, Mangala, Mangula) for making our stay very special. The food and the starry calm night were amazing. We went on a safari trip with Mr. Reihen who was a professional guide and photographer, the tour was almost private, one car only. We went to zone 5 which only 20-30 safari cars were there so we could really enjoy the trip. We were very lucky to see many animals specially the beautiful leopard.

I recently stayed at Kingfisher Beach Resort, and it was an incredible experience! The resort is amazing, with clean and spotless rooms that are spacious and comfortable – plenty of room to relax. One of the highlights of our trip was a lovely beach BBQ that was very special to us. It created such a warm and unforgettable memory.A special mention to Shehan, who truly made our stay memorable. He’s a fantastic chef, skilled therapist, and an excellent guide. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Shashi from Guest Relations, who was incredibly kind and made me feel instantly at home. Her genuine care set the tone for the rest of my stay. A special thanks to Vino, the Front Office Manager, for being so helpful and attentive throughout my visit. At the restaurant, Isuru was outstanding, always attentive, friendly, and full of positive energy. He made every meal even more enjoyable with his excellent service. One of the highlights of my trip was the beach walk guided by Chathura. His knowledge about the local wildlife and environment was impressive, and he explained everything in such a passionate and engaging way. The resort itself is stunning, surrounded by wildlife and natural beauty!! I couldn’t ask for more, thanks for everything.
