The staff was friendly, and very helpful. The resort was very clean and well tended. The restaurant on site had delicious food and it was reasonably priced.

The hotel is not luxury but has everything you need for a comfortable stay; toiletries, hairdryer (you might need to ask at the desk), large comfy bed and water filling stations too. The location is great with loads of cafes and restaurants on the door step and easy walking distance to all of Roma Sur and Roma Norte.

Friendly staff, very good price/quality ratio, good location. Thus hotel is not something luxury but it definitely has spirit. Could come again

The hotel is based on a quiet street just a short walk from the heart of Condesa (with its variety of restaurants and bars). The staff were friendly and welcoming, holding our luggage ahead of check in and made it easy for us to stay an extra night. The suite is ideal, spacious and clean with a luxury feel, and a fantastically hot shower! We’d happily stay here again any time we’re in Mexico City.

We loved every minute of our 5day stay in Frida Luxury Plus by Viadora. Spacious apartments, very functional, very well equipped and nicely decorated. Very comfortable and very good cleaning service. Peaceful and quite but not far from restaurants and shops in Condesa area (but 40min to 1h drive pending on traffic from the city center if you chose to use taxi). Shout out to the people at the reception, very polite and very attentive happy to help with anything you may need. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our short night. The all inclusive cafe is an really good option. Breakast and service was good, reception friendly aswell the porter service. We definitely recommend the hotel to come back.

It was exactly what you can expect for this price. No luxury but a clean bed and friendly staff.
