Everyone went out of their way to make sure you were having a pleasurable stay. The cabana helpers set up our cabana, kept the shade on us, our cups full of merriment (alcohol). The waiters kept the coffee coming, smiles for miles. Security is top notch. I had another stay at a different hotel here and security was scary. But not here. Everything was fantastic. Alejandra with concierge services was the best. She checked in everyday to see if there was anything we needed each day to make our stay as perfect as possible. My wife unfortunately left behind her watch, well Alejandra is boxing it up as I type this to get it out to us. If you visit stop by and say hello to her she'll make sure your stay is amazing. She is a very good cook and was super helpful and patient with us whilst we used DeepL translate to communicate our wishes!
