Centrally located within a 15-minute drive to the capital state – Georgetown, the resort is also a 35-minute drive to Penang International Airport and a 10-minute drive to Gurney Drive and Botanical Garden. Lost Paradise Resort was a wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly, it was a unique lodging place. It felt like being in Bali. The room was large and very comfortable. A large bathroom with a tub and walk-in shower. The view was spectacular! The next time we are in Penang we will definitely stay here

If you don't have children, then it's better to look at another hotel, because there's a lot of screaming and running everywhere. In the hotel elevator and corridor, music was playing quietly all the time and there was a pleasant smell as well. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Guests can workout at the well-equipped gym or enjoy massages and treatments like aromatherapy at CHI, The Spa. The swimming pools and yoga pavilion are other good relaxation options. We enjoyed everything. It was a wonderful experience for us to stay at this hotel.

The tourism and hospitality industry has taken a hit after Covid but I am so happy that I didn't feel that here. Housekeeping - top class. Nothing to fault. Excellent breakfast The pool area, beach, and general facilities were great, exceeded my expectations. Hands down, one of the best hotels in Penang and whilst the location might seem a bit off, it is NOT. Go for it, it will not disappoint. The rooms are amazing.
