The staff were very well trained and professionals. A big shout out to all of them for providing such a great service. The hotel is a 30 min walk away from the village, on our way back one evening the locals pointed us out to some rhino's just on the other side of fence. Nice spacious rooms with modern clean bathroom, I can fully recommend staying here!

Nepali and continental dishes are served in the open-air restaurant. The terrace is set up to have panoramic views of the Rapti river, with occasional elephants walking by. Beautifull atmosphere, really amazing people that works there and also the village organizes really good activities in the wild and with elephants.

I had an amazing stay at River Bank Jungle Resort. Surrounded by stunning natural beauty, it’s the perfect place to unwind. The staff were friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile. The food was fresh, flavorful, and a highlight of my visit. The rooms were clean, and cozy, and offered a peaceful connection to nature. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for great hospitality, delicious food, and a serene escape! 10/10!

From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was stepping into the national park. The property is right outside the national park, but it genuinely feels like part of it. The pond and wetland are teeming with life—100+ bird species, fish swimming around (a staff noted that fish are fed with waste food from the hotel kitchen!), and even a waterfall in the pool area. It’s so peaceful! The rooms are villa-style, super comfortable, and have amazing views of the pond. I loved the Tharu-style artwork in the decor—such a nice touch that celebrates local culture. The property is also wheelchair-friendly, which I really appreciated. The staff was fantastic—welcoming me with drinks and flowers at check-in. The food was a perfect mix of local and international dishes, and everything felt thoughtfully curated. Can’t wait to visit again!

At Sisai Park Village every room includes a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Serene clean and beautiful. Staffs are cooperating. Kitchen service was very helpful as required to us.
