The hotel services and staff assistance were just excellent! The breakfast buffet has a great variety, we also enjoyed hotel dining places due day time. There are also some activities that hotel provides and made us have more fun - like table tennis, pool table and water sports. It even had some daily usage. I also liked the gym and snorkeling experience. But of course it's the staff who made our stay at the hotel the most enjoyable and welcoming!

This place is really amazing, from the moment you get there you are greeted by very friendly workers. Cheal from front of office at the lobby as well as Neca and MJ were some of the workers who really outshine. Although they were all amazing, kudos to these 3 for going above and beyond to make our stay amazing. The children facilities at the Crimson as well as the water sports were amazing as well as affordable. I'd highly recommend this to anyone.

We loved the location, it was very quite, lots of towels in our room, basic amenities provided. My child loved the pool. Staffs are very hard working. Very courteous and all out smiles when they serve you. Downside, not much choices for buffet breakfast but it's not a problem to us really as we were looking forward eating dinner at Joey's Table, their ala carte menu was fantastic! All the foods that we ordered was amazing to my families liking! Thank you to all the staffs from receptionists to Joey's Table restaurant and the lifeguard who was keeping an eye for the children who were enjoying swimming at the pool!

Moc se mi líbil autentický design hotelu. Cítili jsme se tam skvěle :). Bazény, personál, večerní živá hudba. Supr :)

Resort ma hezkou atmosferu. Je na dobrem miste hned u hlavni cesty, ale i presto nerusi hluk silnice. Obrovsky vyber na snidani. Takove snidane jsem jeste nikde nezazila.
