The rooms are fantastic with great decor and great mattresses. Staff is simply excellent, always smiling and helpful and willing to help with any matter eg booking taxis, getting laundry done, advising on trips. Breakfast has an assortment of homemade jams, coconut milk desert, eggs and some savoury choices. Not a big selection but quality is good. Swimming pool nice addition as well as the in-house spa (300 baht for 1 hour). The hotel is like an oasis and simply stunning, it feels like being in the jungle with all the beautiful plants around.

I went for a solo get away to recharge and loved every minute of it. it's the perfect place also to go with a partner or friend. I was particularly impressed by the decor, my bedroom size with a beautful balcony and swinging chair and last but not least with the restaurant: very high quality good from many different cuisines depending on your mood (so you don't always have to have Japanese food). Be sure to try the garden Onsen: it took me a day or two to discover it. I spent many an hour in the hot springs gazing up into the moon and sky.
