The resort has an indoor pool and an ATM. Wow, what a place! Perfectly positioned in the heart of Chiang Mai but so quiet it was like an oasis. The room was lovely, the staff went out of their way to help you. They even decorated our room for my partner who celebrated his birthday whilst we were there!

It was a lovely beautiful hotel and had a lovely and very comfortable stay at the Onsen at Moncham during our visit to Chiang Mai. It was very spacious rooms and most rooms have a private Onsen in them. The restaurant is fantastic and the food is delicious. The staff of the hotel goes beyond service to make the stay comfortable. I stayed with my elderly parents and 10 year old kid, and all enjoyed the place so much. Great hotel and a lovely and peaceful location to spend a couple of nights.

Baansuwanburi - บ้านสุวรรณบุรี provides some rooms with mountain views, and the rooms are fitted with a kettle. The units have a wardrobe. Staff was extremely kind. The hotel had a great vibe and was quiet.

I booked from overseas for my parents to stay at Chandra when they were in Chiang Mai. Not only did they enjoy the stay, but their service was top-notch—phenomenal! I was worried as this was my parents' first overseas trip on their own and with the language barrier. Upon reservation, they created a group chat with all staff allowing me to ask questions, and request extra reservations such as taxis and massage, etc. Knowing I might wonder about my parents' stay, they would occasionally send me their photos of having lunch, attention to detail from them was the absolute best. I cannot thank the team enough and looking forward to stay myself when I get to visit Chiang Mai one day!
