Lovely lady running the place, customer service was flawless. Cute, clean and spacious bungalows, nice surroundings. Possible to buy soft drinks from reception. No breakfast option, but very good breakfast place just down the street.

The villas are perfectly arranged, so that you have great view from every one of them, and only few steps to the beach. Villas and whole area was clean (including the beach swiped every morning). Staff were friendly, helpful, very accommodating and arranged anything we needed. They offer ride to the main street (which is about 600m away) during the day, which comes really handy. The resort is beautifully designed, blending modern luxury with traditional Thai elements that create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully decorated, with stunning views and every comfort you could ask for. The breakfast spread was incredible—fresh, delicious, and with a wide variety to satisfy every palate. The pools, beach area, and gardens were perfectly maintained, and it truly felt like a serene escape from the busy world. A special mention to the staff who went above and beyond to make every moment memorable. I would definitely return and highly recommend Andaz Pattaya to anyone looking for a luxurious and tranquil getaway.
