We spent only one night at this accommodation but nevertheless it was a wonderful experience. My favorite part was that the place was very relaxed, quiet, peaceful, with little to no traffic around, which is the case in most of Thailand. House that we rented was spotlessly clean, with all important amenities (fridge, kettle, two airmchairs). It was also modern and well sealed so there were no lizards, cockroaches or any other animals entering. Take your time to chill in a cute, European inspired Baroque garden. There is a cafe with good cakes and drinks. They also serve delicious food. We tried makarel soup, fried crab, salmon and everything was good. Just make sure not to bite through chili that is floating in the soup as it's extremely spicy. In general I highly recommend to stay there, especially if you want to relax and unwind.

The property is non-smoking and is situated a few steps from Ao Khao Kwai South Beach. Location was stunning. Tranquil atmosphere. Food at the restaurant was fantastic. Loved our sea view beach bungalow. Mosquito net over bed worked well in conjunction with the fan at night

Cede Boutique Beach Resort is located on Aow Yai Beach on Koh Phayam. It features bright and airy bungalows with modern interiors. Other facilities include billiards and a restaurant. Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas. Nice breakfast, friendly staff, good location, decent value for money. Facilities were fairly well-maintained compared to others in the area. The hotel was right on the beachfront and the beach was lovely. Very clean and not too busy. Hotel was walkable to a small shop and some restaurants. The staff arranged a taxi for us to go rent a motorbike near the pier.

We were very happy with the price, location, and amenities. The restaurant had a good selection of food, the resort offered kayaks and tubes for enjoying the water, and the daily happy hour (100baht) cocktails were a nice treat. The resort manager was friendly and helped us book tickets and transfers for our next journey. We easily rented motor bikes and explored the island. We would stay here again!
