The facility is spotless, the rooms are well equipped with AC, ceiling fan, smart TV, coffee maker, and also the beds are extremely comfortable. The whole staff was incredible warm and welcoming, they made sure our stay was enjoyable. The all inclusive package is a perfect choise, both restaurant and bars provided good variety of delicious food and drink selection with great local entertainment. Stayed for 7 days - had the deluxe double room with sea view, very spacious and amazing view The staff is beyond amazing, lovely and caring, they put time to memorize your name and call you by your name when they meet you or you are having meals at the restaurant - have not seen this in so many other luxurious places. The customer relationship manager Anita, is just on fire - unbeatable energy, always roaming around and checking on guests and asking to keep her busy - with a great smile and sense of humor. The way your room is prepared for sleep while you are at dinner, the bed arranged and ready to get in, a bottle of water and cookies are put next to your bed are just another level of service. The food variety and portions are super! Themed dinners with music and shows! They even offer you late checkout if possible without you having to ask for it - a complete different customer centricity approach. I would truly recommend this hotel - I am picky and I like it :)
