Our room was a suite at the end of the building, adjacent to the beach and therefore probably had the best view of any room. Our room was phenomenal, spacious, clean, and modern. The overall hotel facilities were great. Service was fantastic, as was the food. We were pleasantly surprised by the restaurants' prices, which reflected great values. The Guest Relations Officer, Ms. My, checked with us whenever she saw us in a public area and she even answered calls on her day off. She was very helpful in planning our itinerary and making the arrangements for us. Other hotel executives also checked in on us EVERY day. Mr. Kim (Regional Operations executive), Mr. Ben (F&B Manager), and Mr. Hieu (restaurant manager) all were extremely helpful and asked for our suggestions every day! We felt as if we were the most special VIP guests. We'll definitely be back soon!

It is 15 km from Phu Quoc International Airport and 25 km from Bai Vong Speedboat Station. This place is the most perfect little haven for escaping the hustle and bustle of the mainland cities. We stayed here for two nights after Ho Chi Minh, before heading on to Hanoi and couldn’t have asked for more. The staff were beyond polite and so happy to assist. It’s spread out well but with a small number of guests so is beautifully peaceful. The food is also 5 star and we thought reasonably priced despite other reviews.
